MAKING BEBO SKINS in photoshop?????

i want to make a bebo skin adobe photoshop CS2 but ive been told that the dimensions are 760x40 is this pixels? inches? centimetres? what and what is the dimensions of this for anyway i need all the dimensions for all the moudules and named please please please help me!!!!
