Why is there a canker sore there?

So i have what looks like a canker sore on the inside of the foreskin of my (uncircised). I have been really stressed out lately and i heard you could get canker sores from that. but ive only got the ones that grow in my mouth. so this is the first time this has happened. it doesnt hurt, itch, burn.
