MTG- Building a legacy goblin deck on budget?

Look up the phrase "wolfgang eder" on trollandtoad. He was a 2003 world championship finalist. He made a really good goblin deck. You can buy his deck for $30 if there's any in stock. The cards are gold bordered thus not tournament legal, but trollandtoad has a list of the cards in his deck if you look up his deck. There's a lot of goblins in that deck that are sometimes overlooked but still do great in any goblin deck.
