How many of you believe Caliphate must be restored?

Limited Sovereignty belong to the Ummah after the absolute Sovereignty of God. A participatory form of government with Quran as the constitution is the only Quran compliant way. Whenever possible Muslims can come together in communities. Once a few communities becomes functional on these lines we can talk about a Islamic type United Nations or EU.
