I'm a senior at the end of my high school years (yay!) and I've made the decision to go to school in Orange County. I was looking at Costa Mesa, Laguna Beach, Huntington, and Newport... of all of these what do you reccommend for a college student? I plan to attend community college for ociates degree and then finish with a bachelors at a university. I'm mostly doing this because I am paying for my own college and I dont really have the brains or athletic skills to get a scholarship so community college here I come! What colleges in the area do you reccommend? Laguna is definitely my favorite of all those cities, but if it's not a good option for colleges then I'll sacrafice.

I work with antibodies, and refrigerating them will not harm them at all. It's the most stable way to store them over a 12 hr period. You can put them in the freezer and then thaw them once. You cannot re-freeze, and re-thaw without destroying them (but then you wouldn't refreeze milk anyway).

After reading many answers here on how to treat solid teak outdoor furniture, I opted for Danish oil (my furniture came up beautifully). Does my baby have diarrhea??? Please help!?

I have a 8 week old baby, we have had so many issues with formulas becuase I could not feed. Please dont lecture me on not feeding, i just couldnt do it. Anyways, so we tried about 8 diff formulas. Each one would make her constipated, inc: reg enfimil,gentlease, low iron,prosobee, nestle good start reg and soy, Isomil was the first not to make her constipated but made her vomit, no we are on Nutramigen, she has been doing really well with this, her stools are really soft, i can not tell if they are runny or not, they are yellowish green, grainy, really soft almost runny, kinda stringy, they have been this way since we switched a few weeks ago, i dont konw if its bad, she poops about twice a day, and sometimes will end up with a little in her diaper here and there. it sounds runny when she is doing it but I dont know. is it diarrhea? Should i be concered. My hubby is taking her to the WIC doc today but i want to ask others opinion to see if I should take her to the real doc?

hello ladies, i hope that you will respond i need some anwers from real ppl or ppl who know of this, about 2 weeks ago i was told i have low amniotic fluid and my levels are not going up, and yesterday i was diagnosed with iugr uterine growth restriction, i am seeing doctors from the high risk clinic and also doctors in maternal fetal care, i am so scared because the dr. mentioned something about watching him very closely untill they think that they have to deliver immediatly, i am almost 26 weeks and i am confused, how early will they take him if it comes to that? he is breech bottom first so will i have a c-section when i do deliver the doctors said he probally will not move due to lack of fluid, have any of you experienced this or know anyone who has, my biggest concern is that they will have to deliver early and whats the earliest?

How do you keep a console on the screen when making a C Sharp program?

I am trying to learn how to code in C# and I am using Microsoft Visual C# Express Edition. I was making a console program, just a simple "Hello World!" program and when I debugged it, I could tell that it worked in doing what I said, and setting a break point in the program I figured out it did execute that fine, but it flashed the program up to fast to really be able to see much. My big question though, is how do I keep the program from opening and then instantly closing? I'm using a book to learn and it doesn't really say what to do if this happens...

try the omni in cancun a great place nice hotel clean comfortable atmossphere and since i have been there man times i get some real good deals but i think relativly they are pretty cheap. you say you dont want an all inclusive but they run one of the best all inclusive deals i have seen i went down there with three people for about $ 1,600 all inclusive. this included airfare hotel and ground transportation. and if you do choose cancun which i feel is a better choice, you need to go to xel-ha snorkeling!

Cant afford, but istance say we make to much?

We are a family of 4 I am 25 my husband is 27 and we have a 3 year old and a 4.5 month old. I am currently working pt(20 hrs a week) and my husband work is flat rate. He works in a body shop working on cares and gets paid by the jobs he does, there has been a lot and lately his work has been slow and bringing home very small paychecks. His health insurance at work just went up and all our co pays. We pay $30 to go to dr. and $50 for specialist which we been seeing specialist(gyn, allergist, ent). My 4 month old is on state insurance that was luck to get him on it but the state said my 3 year old would have to be without insurance for 6 months before he can qualify that is BS. X-mas shopping time. i do not know if there is an actual cost. Some people just naturally go to more than others. Not all states have requirements. I spend about 2,000 a year. I know people who spend about 100. I try to go to 2-3 weekend courses a year. They are between 400-600 a weekend plus travel ect. My employer remiburses a small amount.

Things seem so much Greener on the other side?

To make a long story short. I'm not officially divorced yet, been going on 2 yrs and were close to the end. X husband had a girlfriend 2 months after we separated. Divorce papers hadn't even been filed yet. They have been together 1 1/2 yrs. I left a verbally, emotionally, controlling abusive marriage after 16 yrs. What I'm having a hard time with the most is understanding how he could be treating this gf and her kids so wonderfully. My daughter spends every other weekend with him and comes home and tells me all this stuff he's doing for her and her kids. Treating them way better than me and my own kids were ever treated. He even considers her kids to be there's together. Has pretty much blown off his own children which are 19 and 13. He still takes his daughter for visitation but always ends up at gf house doing her laundry, cooking, and running her kids. So our daughter gets drug along. He is also not working right now due to work comp claim and hasnt been since he met this girlfriend so he has to much time on his hands and has nothing else to occupy his time but kiss her . How can someone that was so evil be so different to the next one? I know this gf wont put up with his crap and he knows that. But I tried to stand up for myself when I was in it to and it made things 10x worst for all of us. But he also has no real friends (has run alot of them off) so he needs someone in his life. So don't think he is going to jeopardize loosing her if he would start to show his ways. She is controlling to and pretty much tells him what and when to do things. I just cant believe he is going along with it. He NEVER did that in our relationship. I could barely get him to help me carry in groceries from the car, let alone go to the store, put them away and cook her dinner, Do all her and her kids laundry. Keep in mind to that her kids are 14 and 11. Old enough to help out around the house to and dont'. He's even made comments before about them being lazy and doing nothing to help there Mom out. Should i worry about preterm labor?

Okay im having afew things going on. I havent been checked at the dr yet and Im 35 weeks. I know baby has dropped, having nausea just starting last night, constant odd back pain, and mucus type discharge that to me seems like it could be my mucus plug. I am on baby number three and my water broke with my first with no contractions until pitocin at the hospital. Im just worried about going into preterm labor and if my water breaks no way of stopping that. Baby also has pretty well stopped moving. She used to kick and move non stop and now just a couple times a day. Should i be worried about this at all. I just feel funny today a little lightheaded couldnt sleep at all last night been sick and sore. Sorry for the recap I know Im not like sick from a bug doesnt feel like that at all and Ive gotten over a cold and know its not that either. Just some advice wonder if i should call the Dr next week or maybe the answer service tonight or if its just all in my head.

You do need 2 witnesses to sign your marriage license. Our wedding was at my dad's house, just about 20 people, family and close friends (4), and we stood up together with the preacher. First, I am a 22yr old healthy female. Approximately 110 -115 pounds and 5'5". For the past month I'm constantly feeling hungry and in the worst cases I just feel miserable to where I feel very weak and sick and only food is on my mind. I get easily agitated during those moments as well. Sometimes when I eat I start to feel sick. I'll eat breakfast and by lunch time I feel as if I haven't eaten in about two or three days (no exaggeration....its horrible). I also have a constant feeling of being bloated. My period is 7 weeks past due. I initially thought that I was pregnant but I took two pregnancy test (one on my own and one at my university's med center) and they turned out negative. I don't know if this is connected or not but sometimes when I walk I feel pain in my left hip area to the point where I have to stand still for it to go away.

Basic guitar chords? Are these correct?

I'd say that your "D" chord is correct and your "G" chord is correct but your "C" chord is wrong. It should be First finger first fret on the "B" string second finger second fret on the "D" string and third finger third fret on the "A" string. Also you don't have to fret the "B" string on your "G" chord if you don't want to. Another way of playing the "D" chord is to bar the 3 strings at the second fret with your first finger and use your second finger on the "B" string on the third fret. I find it much easier.

If your starting off.. yeah that doesn't sound bad for the starter set. you'll probably have to change the CO2 tank to Compressed air tank (high pressure) later on if you want to keep playing paintball. It's a whacked theory. Did you know that every atom that makes you up existed at the beginning of the world? That being so, and it is, why is no one has ever remembered what happened back then? How to stretch out/expand a backpack and straps?

i just got this really cute backpack, but it's 12" by 5" by 16". i'm taking all honors and AP cles next year, so i'm gonna be carrying lots of books in there. also, i stuffed heavy books in my backpack and tried it on. it looked like i was lugging a gigantic cube. i've been using my previous backpack for 3 years, but one of my straps broke (i tried sewing it on and it broke again) so i've given hope on that and got this new one. because i get back pains easily, i've increased the length of my straps so the backpack is lowered more to the waist/ area. i've compared the length of the straps of my new one to the old one. they're the same length. however when i scroll down the straps to its maximum, it doesnt go down as much and you know how the straps are made with the felt stuffed with cotton whatever and then its just this thick piece of string thing? well when i stroll down my new backpack straps so my new backpack would reach my waist area, the felt-cotton part of the straps only touch my shoulders! with my old backpack the felt cotton part would still reach my chest area. how can i expand my backpack (it's 12x5x16 now) and stretch out so i can lengthen my straps?

Random nose bleeds.. is this normal?

i have nose bleeds every once in a while, i dont do drugs or anything, i am healthy and i dont have any alergies, they only last a few seconds and the dont gush blood it just feels like my nose is running and when i wipe it it turns out to be blood, after a few seconds it completly stops... it dosent happin offten and today is the first time in a month that it has happened but it happened three times today, i woke up about 3:00 in the morning w/ it and then about 7 hours later i got it again, but i figured it had something to do w/ being outside in the cold, i had been practicing barrel racing on my horse and after i got back inside i blew my nose and it started bleeding, and just a few min. ago it happined again and i am starting to get a little worried about it even though except for this morning every time it bleed was when i blew my noes it still kinda freaks me out and its got mamma thinking thinkin that i am on drugs, is this a serious medical problem? or just somethin about me

Where Do Captured Video Clips in Final Cut Pro Go?

I captured a few clips from a camera in final cut pro. However, even though I can see them in the project itself, I want to know where the clips themselves have been stored. Is it in a program file or doent folder? Is there a way to change where captured clips are stored? How could I find the clips by searching the macintosh folders and files?

Am I over reacting or do I have the right to be upset about the way my sister treats my family?

I am 18 and my sister is 16. She was diagnosed with bipolar disorder but I don't think it is the only reason she is the way she is. My sister doesn't realize how good she has it my parents support her, drive her around to her guitar lessons, voice lessons, and band practice, she has a horse, and they treat her with respect. My sister still fights with my parents over the stupidest things. The reason I believe it has way more to do with bipolar disorder is because she has always had an attitude and it just seems like part of her personality. Occasionaly she is nice but it seems that most of the time she is in a pissy mood. She wrote down in a jounel that she thinks my parents might be abusing her, that really pissed me off because my parents are in no way shape or form abusive! She wrote that my mom attacked her because she threw a lamp and that everyone in the family makes her feel stupid and puts her down. The only time my mom ever physicaly did something to her was after my sister threw a lamp at her so my mom slapped her (not hard). I have gotten coffee dumped on me for rolling my eyes at her and my mom fighting, she will throw stuff at me if she gets mad enough, she even hit my boyfriend with a remote and left a huge welt on his arm because she was annoyed by him. Tonight I asked my sister if she would go upstairs to watch tv so i could watch a movie. ( I asked her because usually she sleeps in the room upstairs instead of her own and I didn't want to be up there in the middle of a movie if she wanted to go to bed) She then started yelling at me about how she doesn't sleep in there anymore and she sleeps in her own room and I wasnt fighting her about it and she kept yelling and I was asking her why she was being so rude to me and what I did and she was yelling about how im not nice to her (I actually try not to talk to her and avoid her most of the time and if I do say anything that upsets her its just me calling her out on her behavior) as I walked upstairs my sister called me a *****, my mom heard but didnt do anything, I was pretty upset and she came in to talk to me and told me I was over reacting and all siblings are like this. When ever my sister does something that upsets me like throw things at me call me names and even hit my boyfriend my mom is always mad at me for being upset with her. I feel like i get punished for my sisters behavior. Am I over reacting?

Is Confidentiality Null & Void After Both The Therapist & Their Client Dies?

Nobody knew the answer in the Mental Health section, and my cl is online, so it takes forever for me to finally reach my Professor. So, I wondered if those that frequent this section would know. I'm asking because I notice in many of my Psychology text books, they have cases that Freud, Carl Rogers, or other Psychology theorists, conducted. They have the information of the client, and in some instances, the script of their therapy session. Also, in one of my cles, we got to watch a video taped session of one of them....I believe it was Carl Rogers. I just wondered how such information and access, that is supposed to be private, has ended up being shown in clrooms and on tapes? Does confidentiality no longer matter after both have died? If that's the case, can anyone's case and therapy sessions, be published in text books, and shown to students...after the two have died?

Please help my parents are driving me crazy?

I'm a girl in my mid 20's and i live with my parents. I so desperately want to move out and have wanted to for a couple of years now but i can't afford it. I was made redundant a couple of months ago and everyday i look for work but i'm also at home a lot because i don't have the money to go out really so most weekends i'm at home which i hate. I'm fed up with my parents being nosey, controlling, asking 20 questions about where i'm going, who i'm talking to on the phone, hypocrites, kinda ist only towards their children though. I'm the youngest, i've an older sister and brother. The same thing still happens with my sister. Their controlling nosey etc, she's in her 30's and engaged and has a place of her own!!! my brother is in his 30's and gets away with everything because he's a man and is sssssoooooo lazy around the house he does nothing. I get the talk you know the talk and it's the same crap over and over, i've told them to stop but they don't listen. It's ok for them to lose their temper and my brother but not me. Things have happened in the past and it wasn't my fault but i got the blame and was being kicked out and it was my brother's fault. I'm resenting them more everyday. My sister said i could move in with her but if i do that my parents will be angry with me and they don't have control over me, they won't know what's going on. My sister and i are close and were in the same boat because my parents do the same thing to both of us but not my brother. It really pi**es me off. I've gone past breaking point. My 4 yr old daughter has a speech impediment, gross motor and fine motor skills delays. She goes to a special learning center half days 4 times a week. Where she sees a speech therapist, Physical Therapist, and an Occupational therapist. The physical Therapist Has suggested that My daughter get Orthopedic Shoe inserts with small bres because she has Val Gus knees and flat feet. Other then these things She has severer seasonal asthma. I attend College, I’m a single mom I work 2 jobs, and money is tight. But the state child support prosecuting attorney recommended that I try to get My daughter on SS disability. She says if I apply and don’t get it then I can get an attorney that will only charge me if he wins even then he only takes a one time portion of the disability. So I have nothing to loose and she gave me a name of an attorney friend of hers who deals with SS. I called the SS office and they made an appointment with me for an interview plus sent me out paper work in the mail. She told me to bring my daughter’s birth certificate, my license, a copy of her IEP, and a note from her doctor saying that she has read the IEP and she is aware of my daughter’s disability. I’m not worried about getting any of this information. I was thinking of taking a copy of a court case granting me full legal and physical Custody of her would also be a good idea. Is there anyone else out there who has applied for SS disability for their child? What do you think the chases are of getting this benefit for her?
