I am looking for a great Serving Job....?

So, I am a current server at an upscale restaurant, and to put it nicely, I am bored!!! This place is constantly busy, but the people are rude, arrogant, needy and to say the least, a pain in my ***!! I want somewhere where the people are fun, and not so particular. Does anyone know of a restaurant/bar where the uniform is cute, (maybe sporty) and I can stand to make some good money with still having a good time? I don't want to "feel" like I'm at work, btw, I live in the Cleveland Ohio area...THX
