Computer help please?

I don't know what is goin on. I don;'t know if it's facebook games like yoville, computer updates ther was one just now and they have given me problems. But then I could not restart it so it can't be either? I got a blk screen ctl alt dlt to restart then I got f2 to continue with something sorry i don't remeber, then the bar to restart froze kept goin for a long time, I retstarted it, had to do both again so it took 5 times, finally got it. One said systam fan failed. Can any1 help?
