20 yr son uninsured,unemployed-due to injury,3 staph infect need rod took out,no state help.What does he do??

1st surg.under emerg care.broke shin bone 2 plces.sent hm within 4 days w/o instruct clean wounds.30 days home developed MRSA(staph) back to hosp.10 days had 2 surg to clean infection out,we feel some neglect on doc's part. we took him to er in lger town becuz his doc was unreachable. big hosp. very concerned, but hands tied. don't want to get involved due to malpractice.my son suffered for a wkend very painful On mon. his doc put him directly in hosp.went hm with a hard cast.a month or so his leg swelled and in lots of pain again cut cast off. called doc on mon.to get another and he discontinued his care for him. due to the cast off.now have son with unhealed leg and no cast no doc.no other doc take his case. pleaded doc to take him back. he did w/signed agremnt about mo infec.back got med.thru pharm.co doc schedules to take rod out of leg probly cause of infect son gets job be gone 30 days.doc ok's try to sched op has 2 pay all befor,due to not enough pd on acct. no $, infect bak.???
