You should also get AVG's latest antivirus program as well as Spyware Terminator to keep your system free. These are free and work well. I'd also recommend getting CCleaner to clean out your cache daily so viruses and such cannot find out where you've been. Don't use toolbars as they often make IE crash, and stay away from Incredimail and their Alexa Toolbar... which is a bad thing.
