Ahem, so I am really worried about this guy help me?

I know this guy were good freinds. He's going out with this girl and she really doesnt care what he does. I mean Im not gonna say what hes doing but I want to care for him and you know bring up these problems without being all pushy and stuff. How can I do that ?
