Chicago Black, ummm Hawks and Rafael Palmiero's 300th hit?

This was a black eye to my beloved state of Connecticut. This is just another example of Congressmen who feel the need to grandstand and show off. You would think that these fools would do a little research on the topic before they talk about it publicly. But I guess if they couldn't bother reading the Patriot Act before they voted on it, why should they bother with this.
