Why can't I get off of the ship at the end of Fallout 3: Mothership zeta?

I beat the quest and Sally tells me I can use the teleporter in the captain's quarters. But when I go there, it says teleport back to capital wasteland and doesn't do anything when I click on it. And if I try to teleport back to the engineering core, it doesnt allow me to teleport back to the bridge.
